In as much as our Lord Jesus Christ lives among us with love, compassion, and the promise of salvation and gives us the Church to continue this promise, we the parish of St. George's are called to live and work in faith, love and unity to fulfill this charge. Enabled by the teaching of the Holy Scripture and through fellowship, the Sacraments and Prayer, we are called to proclaim, teach, and live the word of God in this place, according to our gifts. We are to meet all people at their point of need and through love and example, bring them to Christ. |
